LetsGoMobile.org har anmeldt LG WatchPhone, et armbåndsur med mobiltelefon. Det havde jeg ikke forventet at se i år 2010, men det er nu engang sket.

L G really cares about quality, innovation and design. Recently, we saw the LG Crystal make its appearance, featuring a unique transparent keypad; and now the LG WatchPhone is being selectively introduced in a growing amount of countries. During the CES 2008, held in Las Vegas, a first version of the LG WatchPhone could already be admired, although at that time, it was just a way of getting the public’s attention, not yet offering an actual release date. The current version will not be widely available,; e.g. in the Netherlands, only 150 pieces will become available in carefully selected stores. With the availability of this phone, making a call by using your watch is no longer a thing you just see in the movies. According to the LG, the WatchPhone is “more than a prototype with a price tag”. Compared to other WatchPhones, the LG is just that little bit more attractive, offering a full touch interface. For people who love gadgets and want to buy the Watch Phone; it is available for a retail price of approximately 1500 euro including VAT.
